My Children (The furry kind)

I have two boys (in the form of kitty cats) and a girl (bunny).
Timone, in front, is 11 and Zaire is 9. (Note the gorgeous, purple carpeting they're sitting on. Yes, I do like purple.) Doesn't he look just angelic in this photo. Actually, he's a very lovey kitty. Ok, well, maybe he's only loving to me and he bites everyone else. That's good, isn't it? It's like having a guard cat.
Zaire is very shy (and skittish). He loves to play with the string that comes on the Sunday newspaper. That's the best toy EVER! He was blessed with the tail of a squirrel. I think it helps him with balance.

My Friends

My group of friends! This was taken at my annual holiday party in 2002. Going from the far left, it's Linda & Matt, Michael & Elly, Jeff & Grisel, Dave & Mika (with Jason's face in between them), JC, Adrienne & Jeff (in front of JC to the left of Adrienne), Helio & Sean. Starting the next row is Dave, Angela & Jason (behind her), Amanda & Jiles (kneeling in front), Leticia & Robert (also kneeling in front), Sunshine in front of Robert, and Joyce & Scott cuddling left of Santa.
I have such great friends, that we actually managed to coordinate schedules and interests well enough to head on an Alaska cruise together in July, 2002. The cruise was great (a first for me). From left to right we have Jeff and Adrienne, Jeff and Grisel, Steve and Amanda, Scott and Joyce, and Jiles and Amanda.
Jeff, Scott, Jiles and Jeff prove that real men do look good in tights! Joyce, Amanda and Adrienne have that nice, grubby-but-happy camping expression. Sure, we haven't washed our hair in 3 days, but look how beautiful the campsite is!

My Family

This picture was taken at the holidays in 2002. I saw a few too many totem poles on our Alaska vacation. From the top of the pole, it's Mom, Lisa, Donny and Adrienne. Fred, Adrienne's grandnephew. (Yup, as in my niece's son - I'm that old! Not as old as my sister, Lisa, who's a GRANDMOTHER!) He's actually got a brother now, too - working on getting pictures up soon!
Ashley, Adrienne's grandniece. (It's true! My brother, Donny, is also a GRANDPARENT!) Just look at those red curls. Here's a picture from December, 2006. She's 5 here.
