In 1982-1983, I was an exchange student living in Germany. That provided me with a lot of opportunities to explore Europe. In the summer of 1986, I spent a summer semester at the University of Hamburg. Before settling into the dorms, I traveled around for about a month. I've been back twice since then. In 1996, Jeff and I spent the majority of our honeymoon in Greece (with a quick jaunt to Egypt at the end). Our last visit to Europe was in October of 2002. We spent 2 weeks in Southwest Britain (and LOVED!! it).
